No one was hurt in a car fire that delayed traffic on Interstate Highway 35 south of Forest Lake this morning.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, around 5:45 a.m., Gregory Routh of Chisago City felt that a problem was occurring in his vehicle. He pulled the southbound vehicle over to the side of the road near 35’s intersection with State Highway 97. The vehicle caught fire around that time. The Forest Lake Fire Department responded to put out the fire, but no one was hurt.
