Simmons Addition; thence Southeasterly, along said Northwesterly extension and along the Northeasterly line of said Lot 1, Block 1, to the Northeast corner of said Lot 1, Block 1; thence Southwesterly, along the Southeasterly line of said Lot 1, Block 1, to the point of beginning.
