LINWOOD
Free turkey dinner
The Linwood Senior Center, 22817 Typo Creek Dr., will host a free turkey dinner from 12 to 1 p.m. Nov. 26. Interested parties can RSVP at 651-462-3780.
WYOMING
Advice for your device
The Wyoming Library will host a one-time session to learn how to download library eBooks and eAudiobooks on a smartphone, tablet, or eReader from 7 to 8 p.m. Dec. 3. Registration is required and can be made by calling 651-462-9001. Bring your device to the session.
EAST BETHEL
Senior dance
The East Bethel seniors will host a dance from 1 to 4 p.m. Dec. 4 at the community center one mile east of Hwy. 65 on 221 Ave. Cost is $6 and includes lunch. The featured performer is Jerry Bierschbach.
WYOMING
Gingerbread house workshop
The Wyoming Library will provide all the supplies necessary to create a gingerbread house from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Dec. 5.
WYOMING
Santa Days
The Wyoming Lions Club, in cooperation with many local merchants, invite you to spend part of your Christmas celebration at the annual Santa days from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Dec. 12 at the Wyoming Community Center. Coffee, snacks, drinks, and candy canes will be provided. Each child will receive a gift bag. Don’t forget to bring your camera to take a picture with Santa Claus. Please bring a non-perishable food item for local foodshelves.
EAST BETHEL
Pancake breakfast
The East Bethel seniors will host a pancake breakfast from 8:30 a.m. to noon Dec. 13 at the community center one mile east of Hwy. 65 on 221 Ave. The event will feature pancakes, french toast, sausage, juice, coffee, and choice of egg. Cost is $5 for adults and $2 for kids 10 and under.
