NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
The City of Wyoming Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at the Wyoming City Hall, 26885 Forest Boulevard on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at 7:00 P.M. to consider the adoption of the following ordinance amending and replacing the City of Wyoming Code of Ordinances,
Ordinance no. 2016-01 – an ordinance amending the City of Wyoming Code of Ordinances, Chapter 40, Zoning Ordinance, Article VII, Division 14, Landscaping and Woodland Preservation, Tree Replacement Fund; establishing regulations for the administration and permitted uses for monies deposited into the Tree Preservation Fund.
Copies of the draft ordinance are available at the Wyoming City Hall for public review. The draft ordinance is also posted on the City website at wyomingmn.org. Notice is hereby given that there may be a majority of the City of Wyoming City Council in attendance at the public hearing.
