Fairview Lakes Auxiliary will host a “Tee Up Charity Golf Event” Aug. 17 at the Chisago Lakes Golf Course. The event offers community members a chance to support community hospice and homecare programs as well as to provide funds to enhance pediatric equipment for the Wyoming hospital.
The charity golf event is an 18-hole golf scramble with registration open at noon, shotgun start at 1 p.m., and silent auction and dinner hosted by the Fairview Lakes Auxiliary. The cost is $85 per golfer. Businesses and community members are encouraged to get a team together and come golf for a good cause. There are games on every hole and a “cheat bag” will be for sale to help enhance scores.
