Tyrus “Ty” Jeans, age 90, lifelong Forest Lake resident, passed away peacefully on Feb. 5, 2016.Survived by children, Todd (Kit), Tara (David) Schultz, Heather (Darin) Heller, Amy Burks, James; grandchildren, Taylor, Daniel, and Savannah Jeans, Trip and Michael Schultz, Nicholas and Rachel Heller; brothers, Bill (Marguerite), Mickey; special friend, Sharon Palas; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by sister, Lorna Hammes.
Visitation 1 p.m., funeral service 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 13th at Roberts Family Life Celebration Home, 555 SW Centennial Dr., Forest Lake. Interment with military honors, Withrow Cemetery. Memorials preferred to Forest Lake Dugout Club.
